Term Time:

Mon: Closed

Tue–Fri: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Sat–Sun: 9.30am to 11.30am, 12pm to 2pm, 2.30pm to 4.30pm (2 hour sessions)

Open 7 days a week in school holidays and open Bank Holidays. Two hour sessions in place during school holidays and busy periods. Booking online advised to avoid disappointment.

Booking is always advised to guarantee entry.

Our Play Zones

In order to provide safe play for children of all ages, we have divided our playgrounds into two main areas:

Baby & Toddler Zone

Under 3 years

Designed specifically for babies and toddlers under 3 years of age. A gentle, age-appropriate space for your little ones to explore safely.

  • Parental supervision is required at all times in this area.
  • This area is not suitable for children over the stated age – older children must use the main zone.

Main Play Zone

Up to 11 years

Designed specifically for children up to 11 years of age. Our main play area allows your child to explore freely across all our themed world landmarks.

  • Children may explore freely throughout the main frame.
  • We encourage parents to actively supervise at all times.

Before Entering The Play Area

Toilet & hands first

Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area.

Remove shoes

Please remove shoes before entering. Socks must be worn at all times. Socks available to buy for £1 per pair.

Leave jewellery

Leave badges and jewellery with parents or guardians. Spectacles only if used with a retainer and shatter-proof lenses.

Tuck clothing in

Clothing should be tucked in at all times, covering knees and elbows to protect from friction burns.

No ropes or cords

Clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn in the play area for safety reasons.

No sharp objects

No sharp objects may be taken into the play area under any circumstances.

In The Play Area

Adult supervision required

All children must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times.

No climbing the nets

It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or the frame structure.

 No fighting or bullying

Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated. Guilty parties may be asked to leave.

Stay clear of slide exits

Please do not play in front of slide exits – keep the area clear at all times.

If there’s a problem

In case of any problem please contact a member of staff immediately.

    We visited World of wonder today and cannot fault it. Our 1 year old enjoyed the under 3s play area as well as the rest of the play area with our 6 year old.     We had the BEST time time today at my sons 4th birthday party. Everything was amazing! Could not fault it and such value for money. The staff were excellent, especially Mindy who did everything she could to make things run as smoothly as possible for me.
